Free cancellation until 5 days before arrival
Cancel at least 5 days before arrival for a full refund.
The deadline is five days before your scheduled check-in time, using the property’s local time zone.
How to cancel
Use the reservation link in your booking confirmation or email hello@bijougetaways.com with your reservation reference. Keep your cancellation confirmation.
Within 5 days of arrival
A full refund is not guaranteed after the free-cancellation deadline. Contact Bijou to discuss your reservation before cancelling.
Existing reservations
This policy applies to new direct bookings under these terms. Existing reservations retain the cancellation terms accepted when booked. Reservations made through another booking platform follow the terms confirmed on that platform.
