Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $150 per night for each guest exceeding two. Accuracy in listing the total number of guests at the time of booking is crucial to avoid additional charges. We appreciate all conversations to be over the platform or Enso Connect. Check in instructions and the door code will be accessible through the Enso Connect provided 24 hours prior to check in. If any issues arise during your stay, we always recommend notifying us within standard business hours (9am-2pm) so we can coordinate help. There may be a possibility scheduling may not all help to come immediately.

Pool availability and conditions are subject to change from the resort.

The resort has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.

Insects are present on the island and you may come across them from time to time, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services.

The pest control schedule is the following:

These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. If the services are declined, you may be subject to the financial cost of rescheduling.

No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken.

To enhance operational efficiency and ensure the smooth turnover of accommodations, we have implemented a late check-out policy. Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures. If you find you need more flexibility, we recommend extending your stay by an additional night.

There will be construction at the Resort, specifically roofing, until the end of the year. The assigned parking spot will be utilized for material but guest parking will still be available.

The roofing contractor is requiring our pool area, the one closest to the office, to be closed during hours of operation for the roof replacement.
