Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the exclusive Silverado Complex in the heart of Napa Valley! Our brand new unit boasts hardwood floors and has been upgraded for your comfort. The apartment has a fridge, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine for longer stays, as well as a laundry facility only 500ft away. You can relax in front of our new UHD Samsung Smart TV with free Netflix and SlingTV. Our apartment is located in a prime location, close to Napa downtown, restaurants, and wineries. It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The pool is now open for use, and pets are allowed for an additional fee of $200/pet/night, which must be paid via Paypal prior to check-in. Please note that pets must be kept clean inside the unit and are not allowed on the bed. The apartment features a comfortable king size bed with a high-end memory mattress and air conditioning and heating. There is a private patio where you can enjoy Napa's delicious wine, as well as a fully remodeled bathroom with Italian tile and a stone countertop. There is plenty of storage for longer stays, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning caffeine fix (note that there is no full kitchen available in the suite). Silverado's facilities, including the main Mansion House, the Grill restaurant and bar, the Pro shop, and the Spa, are all within walking distance of the apartment. However, please note that the golf course and tennis courts are not open to Airbnb guests. This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and Spa, so you will not have to pay a resort fee. You will have a code to access the front door for easy check-in and check-out, and a concierge service is available by phone for any questions you may have. Located in the heart of Napa Valley, the Silverado Resort is surrounded by expansive open vineyard landscaping. The surrounding towns of Yountville, St. Helena, Sonoma, and Calistoga are all just minutes away. There are hundreds of wineries in the area, as well as numerous culinary options. We have included a restaurant list in our welcome binder for your convenience. Outdoor activities in the area include cycling, hiking, nearby lakes, swimming, and hot air balloon rides. Napa Valley is best explored by car, and wine tours are a popular activity. You can rent a bike on the parking lot of the Silverado Resort to explore the area on two wheels.
