Napa Valley Charm - Minutes from Wineries

Each time you book this unit, we give $10 (that's 40 trees!) to the "Trees For The Future" charity to help the planet. By visiting us in Napa, you can make a difference. This unit is quiet and secluded to give you great privacy as it is a short 4-5min walk from the parking. You can enjoy the amenities of the resorts: spa, restaurant, cafe. It is centrally located, so you are only minutes away from Napa downtown (great restaurants!), vineyards, the Silverado Trail, etc. The pool is now OPEN! We provide a Pack N Play in the unit for free so you don't need to carry one or a crib! This beautiful condo a the perfect getaway for 4 people. It is located on the 1st floor, so you won't have to lift you luggage after a long trip. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed with high-end memory mattress and a large TV (latest generation) with international channels. There is a private patio accessible through the bedroom' sliding doors. The living room has a sofa bed with a very comfortable mattress. The large round dining table is for 4 people. There are also two outdoor chairs and a porch to enjoy your Napa wine. There is a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom has plenty of counter space. The entire apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and a heater. There is plenty of storage which will be more than welcome in case of a long stay! The place will be entirely cleaned before your arrival, and will have fresh beddings and towels. Even though the unit is located inside the Silverado Resort, there is no daily cleaning service. Ideal for a couple or a family of 4, comfortable, spacious and perfectly located in the heart of the Napa, this beautiful pied-à-terre has everything you can wish for! Pets are allowed for an extra fee of $200/pet/night that must be paid prior to check-in time. If you have 2 pets for 3 nights, the additional payment is 2 pets * 3 nights * $200 = $1,200. Please make sure that for this pet fee before check-in: 1 - You send the payment only on PayPal, right after booking. 2 - Your pet must be absolutely clean inside the unit. No pets on the bed are allowed. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a pool (heated from Memorial Day-Labor Day), and an unassigned parking for one vehicle. We are proud to professionally manage our lovely condo ourself with our own property manager / cleaning team; this privately owned condominium is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore our guests will not be charged the $25/day Resort fee that the Resort charges its guests. In addition, you are benefiting from a very competitive price (up to 50% discount!). While you will not be a guest of the Resort during your stay (but a guest from our own private condo inside the Silverado B/C Condominium HOA), you can take advantage of the Resort amenities that are opened to the public, including The Market and Bakery, the Pro Shop, Spa, The Grill Restaurant, The Mansion Lounge and the Spa Cafe. Our guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (available for ages 17+). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines. Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo pool located near your rental. as shown on our photos) THE LOCATION Located on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley, the Silverado Community is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants in the area. Lined with wineries offering intimate tours, wine tastings, and breathtaking views, the Silverado Trail boasts local favorites like Darioush, Frog’s Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards. Silverado facilities are a short walk away to include the main Mansion House with both indoor and patio bar dining, and the latest addition of Thomas Keller's Ad Lib restaurant. The Grill restaurant and bar, and the Pro shop are open to the public in the adjoining building. The Spa at Silverado is across the street and also open to the public. All are within walking distance from the Suite. In the heart of the Napa Valley, plenty of open vineyard landscaping surrounds the Silverado Resort. Minutes away are the surrounding towns of Yountville, St. Helena, Sonoma, Calistoga. Wineries dot the area by the 100s, and top notch culinary options are vast. I include a restaurant list in my welcome binder. Outdoor activities include cycling, hiking, nearby lakes, swimming, hot air balloon rides, etc. Napa Valley is best explored in a car as the area is expansive. UBER is also available in the area! Wine tours are popular and many different organized ones are available, or explore on your own. Cycling is a popular sport enjoyed by many. Public transportation is not near our apartment.
